Intel Arc Pro B70 prices jump up to 48% across the US, Europe and Korea

Intel’s Arc Pro B70 is getting more expensive across several markets. Retail tracking from the US, Germany and South Korea shows increases ranging from around 26% to 48% compared with prices seen over the past one to two months.
In the US, the ASRock Arc Pro B70 Creator was available from Newegg for $999.99 in late June and remained around that level into early August. The same card was later listed for $1,299.99 , an increase of 30% .

A similar increase can be seen in Europe. Geizhals shows the Intel Arc Pro B70 dropping to around €1,200 during June before settling closer to €1,250 through July. The lowest listed price then jumped to €1,509 at the beginning of August, around 26% above the recent low . The current €1,509 price is confirmed by Geizhals.

We can only imagine what would have happened if the supposed Big Battlemage GPU had launched for gamers. We do not know what memory configuration Intel originally planned, but anything above 16GB would likely have made competitive pricing difficult given the demand for high-capacity GPUs.
