MINISFORUM 895D7 starts at $495, RX 9060 XT configuration costs $1,639

MINISFORUM has launched two compact gaming PCs based on HX-class mobile processors and desktop discrete graphics. The new 895D7 uses AMD’s Ryzen 9 8945HX , while the 139D7 is based on Intel’s Core i9-13900HX. Both systems are available as $495 barebones or with Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics.
The Ryzen 9 8945HX has 16 Zen 4 cores and 32 threads with boost clocks up to 5.4 GHz. The Core i9-13900HX has 8 Performance-cores and 16 Efficient-cores, giving it 24 cores and 32 threads, also with a maximum boost clock of 5.4 GHz. MINISFORUM configures both processors for a 100W TDP in Balance Mode.

Both PCs use the same 312 × 93 × 292 mm chassis with an internal PCIe 5.0 x16 slot and a 400W power supply. The Radeon RX 9060 XT option has 16GB of GDDR6 memory and a 140W TDP. The AMD 895D7 can also be configured with a GeForce RTX 5060 8GB operating at up to 145W, while MINISFORUM currently only lists the RX 9060 XT as the discrete GPU option for the Intel 139D7.

Intel configuration is $40 cheaper with RX 9060 XT
It does not look like RTX 5060 option is currently available, but the pricing is identical until a discrete graphics card is added. Both barebones cost $495, while configurations with 32GB of memory and a 1TB SSD but no discrete GPU cost $1,079. With the same 32GB, 1TB and Radeon RX 9060 XT configuration, the Ryzen 9 8945HX-based 895D7 costs $1,639, while the Core i9-13900HX-based 139D7 costs $1,599. The Intel system is therefore $40 cheaper.
