The Blood of Dawnwalker final PC specs are much lower, but upscaling is now recommended

The Blood of Dawnwalker final specs list RTX 4070 Ti for 4K/60, down from RTX 5090 with native rendering

Rebel Wolves has published the final PC system requirements for The Blood of Dawnwalker , and the GPU recommendations are considerably lower than those announced earlier this year. The final 4K 60 FPS Ultra configuration lists a GeForce RTX 4070 Ti or Radeon RX 9070 with at least 12GB of VRAM. However, the new requirements assume that DLSS, FSR or XeSS is enabled.

This is an important change from the original requirements. Rebel Wolves previously listed the GeForce RTX 5090 for native 4K at 60 FPS using the Ultra preset , with at least 16GB of VRAM. Those earlier configurations were tested without upscaling.

The original native 1440p 60 FPS High target called for an RTX 4070 Ti or Radeon RX 7800 XT, while the final upscaled configuration lists an RTX 4060, Radeon RX 7600 XT or Intel Arc B580. The original native 1080p 60 FPS High configuration listed an RTX 5060 or Radeon RX 6800 XT.

All four final configurations require 16GB of system memory and a 60GB SSD. Windows 10 or later and DirectX 12 are also listed. The new chart therefore gives players much more affordable GPU targets, but Rebel Wolves is now explicitly recommending image reconstruction technologies to reach the stated performance levels.

The Blood of Dawnwalker launches on September 3, 2026 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. It is an open-world dark fantasy action RPG developed by Rebel Wolves and built with Unreal Engine 5.
