Intel Core i5-10400 tested A leaker from Chiphell forums posted a preview of the Core i5-10400 performance compared to current-gen Core i5-9400F. There are some minor differences between the two processors. A Comet Lake-S model (10400) has hyperthreading enabled, unlike its predecessor. This means that the 10400 has 12 threads while 9400(F) has 6 threads.
