SINGAPORE/WASHINGTON -- U.S. President Joe Biden seeks to work closer with Indo-Pacific countries to set transparent rules governing digital trade and technology, Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo said Wednesday, as China makes a bid to join more regional economic blocs.
