ASRock is ready for cheaper Alder Lake-S CPUs
A range of ASRock Intel 600-series motherboards has been leaked.
We were given photos of three H670, four B660, and four H610 motherboards from ASRock. This is yet another proof that the rumors about H670 chipset cancelation couldn’t be further from the truth. All three chipsets appear at the same time, indicating their launch is coordinated for the same date.
While ASRock did launch its premium Taichi and Extreme4 series for AMD B550 motherboards, there is no sign of the H670 board carrying this branding. This was also the case with the current H570 series, so this is not really that surprising that there are no higher-end H670 boards just yet.
The good news for Mini-ITX fans is that there are at least two designs coming. In any case, all those designs should launch right after Intel CES 2022 press conference, so on January 4th or 5th depending on the time zone.
