Rahm Emanuel emphasizes importance of U.S. being in Asia

TOKYO -- The United States intends to maintain its strong Indo-Pacific presence as it strengthens its economic dialogue with key regional partners, U.S. Ambassador to Japan Rahm Emanuel said on Tuesday.
