Cooler Master promises "exceptional thermal conductivity" with their new CryoFuze Violet Thermal Paste

Cooler Master's latest Thermal Paste promises to be different than the norm, moving away from the industry standard grey colours of traditional thermal compounds to a new purple tinted paste. Yes, purple. I know, I know, you don't care what colour your thermal paste is, but what makes Cooler Master's new CryoFuze Violet compound special is its use of nanoparticles to deliver enhanced thermal conductivity, promising users an impressive conductivity value of 12.6 W/mK.

Another factor that Cooler Master has stressed with this thermal compound is that their new CryoFuze Violet compound is also created to have an ideal viscosity, electrically insulative properties, and bonding properties that make application easy and cleanup simple. Beyond that, their new compound is oxidisation resistant, which will prevent the compound from solidifying or drying over time.

Cooler Master has also rated their new CryoFuze Violet thermal compound as being stable between temperatures of -50 degrees and 240 degrees Celsius, making the compound suitable for all PC related applications. Below is what Cooler Master had to say about their CryoFuze thermal compound and a chart detailing is specifications.

Cooler Master is launching a new addition to the CryoFuze Series of thermal paste, CryoFuze Violet. Featuring a purple tinted compound, nanoparticles within the composition allow for excellent thermal conductivity on all processing components. The balanced viscosity and electrically insulated composition delivers exceptional bonding with effortless application and clean up. CryoFuze Violet is non corrosive and oxidation resistant leaving contact surfaces unharmed, as well as preventing solidification and drying. CryoFuze Violet has a versatile range of temperature performance, maintaining stability from -50°C up to 240°C.
