Here's what you will need to run Dead Space's Remake on PC
Dead Space's current-gen remake is launching on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5 on January 27th 2023, and PC gamers are gonna need a high-spec system to run it.
Dead Space has been remade from the ground up for modern gaming systems, allowing EA Motive to deliver exceptional visuals and make the game a more seamless gameplay experience. Additionally, EA Motive has been able to re-add content that was cut from the original Dead Space, giving newcomers and series veterans access to new content.
On Steam, EA has revealed the PC system requirements for Dead Space's remake, revealing Nvidia's GTX 1070 and AMD's RX 5700 as the game's minimum graphics cards. The game's system requirements have also confirmed that Dead Space will be a DirectX 12 title, and that PC gamers are expected to have CPUs that feature at least six strong cores, being equal to or better than AMD's Ryzen 5 2600X or Intel's i5-8400. 16GB of system memory is now a baseline requirement for a modern AAA game.
To play Dead Space, EA are recommending AMD's Ryzen 5 5600X CPU and Intel's i5-11600K. Both of which are relatively modern hex-core CPUs. GPU-wise, AMD's RX 6700 XT and Nvidia's GeForce RTX 2070 are recommended. EA's recommending powerful hardware to play Dead Space, which makes sense given the game's current-generation hardware exclusivity.
