MOSCOW (Reuters) - Belarus’ foreign ministry said on Saturday that Minsk was committed to dialogue with the European Union (EU) in all circumstances, according to the RIA news agency, after the bloc criticised last weekend’s presidential election.

The EU is gearing up to impose new sanctions on Belarus in response to a bloody crackdown in which at least two protesters have been killed and thousands detained.
