AMD To Unveil Next-Gen Server Processors On 10 November

Last week AMD reaffirmed their 3 November announcement for RDNA3 graphics while today the company announced that one week later on 10 November they will be unveiling their next-gen server processors.

AMD this morning tweeted that on November 10th at 10am PST there will be the "unveiling of our next-gen server processors."

The AMD.com EPYC events page also confirms the November 10th at 10am PT announcement.

The next-gen server processors follow the recent AMD Ryzen 7000 series desktop processor launch as their first Zen 4 based products. AMD's next-generation server processors are the Zen 4 based "Genoa" CPUs. Given how great the Ryzen 7000 series processors are performing on Linux, the next-gen server CPUs should be a real treat for Linux data centers. Meanwhile it's looking like Q1 still for when we will finally see Xeon Scalable "Sapphire Rapids" processors.
