MOSCOW (Reuters) - Moscow considers reform of the Belarusian constitution a viable solution to the country’s political crisis, Russian news agencies reported foreign minister Sergei Lavrov as saying on Sunday.
Lavrov was also reported to have said that Moscow also believes that the situation in Belarus, where there have been large-scale protests since its disputed election on Aug. 9, is now stabilising.
