伊朗攝影師 Alireza Rostami 以廢棄電子零件自製發聲相機，「對話」功能來自舊洋娃娃説話裝置

使用數碼相機拍照時，除了快門聲音以外，基本整個過程都非常安靜，而伊朗攝影師 Alireza Rostami 近來卻動手 DIY 了一台有聲相機原型，以各種廢棄電子零件組合而成，能與使用者進行簡單「對話」，DIY 計劃目的旨於啟發製造商推出智能相機。

攝影師為實行其「Golden Calf」DIY 相機計劃，購買了一個價值 3 美元的電子板，並搜尋了一個可進行使用預設句子進行「對話」的舊洋娃娃，拆出當中説話裝置，更改預設句子成有關攝影的答話，配合其他從玩具店得來的棄電子零件，製作成一個當用家按鍵後説話，便能給予回應的相機。

製作所得的對話「系統」

攝影師表示相機可「説出」的句子只有 8 秒，相對簡陋，但如果有製造商能研發出有聲智能相機，這將惠及盲人，可讓他們以語音命令對相機進行設置及控制拍攝，又或透過相機的語音提醒，得悉機體正處於低電量或光線不足等情況，甚至語音記錄用家對照片的描述。

被稱為「Golden Calf」相機，預設句子以攝影師從祖母學得的希伯來語設置
