Crytek releases Crysis Remastered's first "unlimited settings" PC screenshot

For the first time, Crytek has released an "unlimited settings" screenshot for Crysis Remastered, revealing what the game will look like using the game's maximum settings.

On PC, Crysis Remastered will live up to the legacy of the original by offering PC gamers a "Can it Run Crysis?" graphics mode. This mode will be designed to "demand every last bit of your hardware", ensuring that the game will be a benchmark for PC gamers for years to come.

When Crysis released back in 2007, the game featured visuals which were ahead of its time and hardware requirements which were beyond the capabilities of all graphics cards of that era. It took years for PC gamers to play Crysis at its maximum settings without low framerates, and even today the game's PC version can deliver sub-60 FPS framerates on modern systems.

Crysis Remastered looks incredible, featuring longer shadow draw distances, more complex lighting and a lot more distant detail than the game's original PC version. With Crysis Remastered, the game looks better than ever, and thanks to Crysis' "Can it Run Crysis?" settings, PC gamers will be sure that their hardware will be stressed well into the future.

A Zip line down to that beach from the vantage point, with RTX on would be just swell Quote

Even better from the mountain in the distance in the screenshot all the way to the beach. I'm sure it would be just phenomenal. Your graphics card won't think so but not my problem Quote
