Japan's Kioxia joins startup on high-speed encrypted computing

TOKYO -- Japanese chipmaker Kioxia Holdings is teaming up with software security startup Eaglys to develop a high-speed computing platform for processing and analyzing data that remains encrypted.

Kioxia and Tokyo-based Eaglys will contribute their own proprietary technology into development of the platform, which will feature advanced software and data storage hardware optimized for high-speed processing.
