SINGAPORE -- Singaporean airport services provider SATS is on track to complete a 1.19 billion-euro ($1.29 billion) purchase of air cargo handler Worldwide Flight Services as early as March, pending approval from government watchdogs.

SATS's acquisition of WFS, first announced in September , is currently undergoing regulatory reviews in multiple nations. All procedures are expected to wrap up in March or April.
