Intel Arc A750 drops to $199
Just as NVIDIA and AMD are set to launch their affordable GPUs, Intel sees an opportunity to lower the price for their A750 GPU.
The Arc A750 Limited Edition is Intel’s reference design featuring a cut-down ACM-G10 GPU. This desktop graphics card is the third-best Arc Alchemist model currently offered by Intel. The company has invested a lot of marketing effort to claim that their GPU is better than competing GPUs such as GeForce RTX 3060. Intel says that RTX SKU is slower and offers worse performance for the money.
As a reminder, the A750 launched at $289 in October last year, but the company decided to lower the price to $249 just a few months ago. Turns out, even this price was waiting for a reality check and gamers can now find this GPU for $199 . This is the first Arc A7 card to drop below $200.

Intel’s official store on Newegg is currently listing this card at $199.99, after a $50 discount. It is unclear if this is a permanent change because Intel did not communicate this deal through official channels. Furthermore, only the A750 GPU is discounted, with A770 16GB and A750 8GB remaining at their questionable $329/$349 price levels.
What we can clearly see is that Intel is actively responding to the NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti and AMD RX 7600 launch this week, but it is more likely the latter GPU that Intel is worried about. The RTX 4060 Ti is twice as expensive and has seen rather negative response from reviewers . The RX 7600, on the other hand, is supposedly launching at $269 , but this has not been confirmed by AMD just yet. Hopefully, some reviewers will include A750 into their testing and compare performance per watt for each GPU.
