Phantom Liberty is CD Projekt Red's first and only planned expansion for Cyberpunk 2077, and it is set to add a lot of additional content to the 2020 action RPG. Phantom Liberty has been exclusively designed with current generation consoles and PC in mind, which means that the DLC will not be releasing on Xbox One or PlayStation 4. This is likely due to the limitations of last-generation hardware, and the challenges that CD Projekt Red faced to get the game running well on PS4 and Xbox One.
