Intel Core i9-14900KF in Geekbench
Just last week we had a leak featuring Core i9-14900K CPU in Geekbench test, only to get another leak featuring KF variant.
The forthcoming Raptor Lake Refresh series will feature the flagship 24-core Core i9-14900KF processor. This particular model, designated as a KF variant, will not include integrated graphics support. However, this omission is unlikely to pose a significant issue, as Core i9 desktop CPUs are generally used with dedicated GPUs.
In line with the specifications of the Core i9-13900KS, the Core i9-14900KF boasts 8 P-cores and 16 E-cores, complemented by a clock speed of 6 GHz when using Thermal Velocity Boost technology. The CPU has undergone testing on the ASRock Z790 Taichi motherboard, affirming its full compatibility with the next generation of Intel desktop CPUs. In these tests, the CPU was paired with 32GB of DDR5-7000 memory.
It’s worth noting that the Geekbench benchmark results were conducted by a hardware enthusiast known as @OneRaichu , who somehow gained early access to one of these processors. It would not be surprising if OneRaichu were to publish a comprehensive review in the near future.

Three separate leaked tests have surfaced, revealing single-core scores ranging from 3322 to 3347 points and multi-core scores ranging from 22895 to 23051 points. Additionally, there is a Geekbench 5 result indicating scores of 2412 in single-core performance and 26972 points in multi-core performance.
In summary, these preliminary benchmarks suggest that the Core i9-14900KF outperforms the i9-13900K by approximately 5-6% in multi-threaded tests and a minimum 12% improvement in single-core performance. However, it’s crucial to bear in mind that we lack detailed information regarding the test settings employed by Raichu during these evaluations, so these scores may not provide a complete and accurate representation of the processor’s overall capabilities.

According to our information , Intel is now set to launch its 14th Gen Core Series on October 17th. The company will make formal introduction of the new series next week at the Innovation 2023 event.
