Geoff Keighley has announced that 2020's The Game Awards will be hosting a panel on "the next generation of gaming", which will include industry heavyweights like AMD's Lisa Su, Microsoft's Phil Spencer and EA's Laura Miele.
As the hardware provider for both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, AMD is the company which will define next-generation gaming more than any other, making Lisa Su an excellent guest for the panel. AMD's hardware defines the capabilities of Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5, giving the company an unparalleled insight into game development and where both next-generation platforms will go technologically.
As the head of Xbox, Phil Spencer also has his finger on the pulse of gaming, and knowledge of what's coming from Microsoft in the near and longer-term futures.
