Radeon RX 7700 XT drops below $400
It is here, $20 cheaper than MSRP.

AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT is a Navi 32 based model with 3456 Stream Processors and 12 GB GDDR6 memory. This graphics card was not available as a reference design, which meant that gamers can only rely on what AMD board partners have in store.
Sapphire has just lowered the price for its Radeon RX 7700 XT to $409.99. This price combined with Newegg promotion code that takes $10 off the final price means that Radeon RX 7700 XT has again crossed $400, while the MSRP for this SKU is $419.

The Pulse model is a dual-fan design kept in black color styling. The reviews have shown that the card runs at relatively low temperatures, and it is extremely quiet.
The Radeon RX 7700 XT’s biggest problem was its close pricing proximity to the RX 7800 XT. As retailer information has shown, the cut-down Navi 32 model was outsold 10:1 by the full Navi 32 model. Now there is effectively a $100 price gap between both models, heavily adding some value to the RX 7700 XT SKU.
AMD’s Navi 32 card is also around 15% faster than RTX 4060Ti series at 1440p resolution if raster games are considered. However, the RTX 4060 Ti series are only slightly slower when ray tracing is involved. Nevertheless, NVIDIA may need to consider placing a lower price for its 4060 Ti series at this point.
