AIDA64 gets dark mode, RTX 40 SUPER support and 12VHPWR monitoring

AIDA64 gets darker, supports RTX 40 SUPER and 12VHWPR monitoring

The monitoring and diagnostic software has been updated.

AIDA64 is continuing to expand support to new graphics card series. The latest updated dated March 11 has brought official support of NVIDIA RTX 40 SUPER series which came in January. The new update is not just expanding support for new hardware, but also brings dark mode for the first time.

Users will be able to choose between four modes, out of which three are dark modes. This can be configured in the Preferences ⇾ General options.

The 7.20 update also enables monitoring for Radeon RX 7600XT , the only RDNA3 GPU released by AMD this year. Developers also claim that their tool now has enhanced sensor monitoring for RTX 30 and RTX 40 series GPUs. This information specifically refers to the new sensor data that can read 12VHWPR power metrics.

Sadly, this feature is locked to the paid version, so one cants see this metric without paying. Fortunately, there are plenty of free alternatives, like GPU-Z or HWiNFO.

Worth reminding that AIDA64 tool is not a free tool. However, users can use this application for a 30-day trial, which should be enough time to test the system comprehensively within the available options.
