Both Sony and Microsoft seem to be gearing up for potential console refreshes in the near future. The South Korean Radio Research Agency (RRA) regulatory office recently certified a new Xbox Development Kit (XDK) for testing. Typically, such certifications precede the launch of a new product by a few months. This was evident in the case of the Xbox 360, where the certification came just a month before its release.
