Intel to launch Arc A750E and A580E GPUs
New patches for the Xe and i915 kernel graphics have revealed two entirely new graphics cards from Intel.

Unfortunately, it appears that the hoped-for ‘refresh’ of Alchemist GPUs is not happening as expected. So far, there’s been no official confirmation, aside from leaked roadmaps hinting at such a development. However, Intel still continues to roll out new GPUs based on this architecture.
The most recent update came through patches Intel sent out today for its Linux graphics kernel. The 0x56BE PCI ID seems to correspond with Arc A750E, while 0x56BF is dedicated to Arc A580E graphics.
Interestingly, neither is strictly a mobile nor desktop GPU; rather, they fall somewhere in between. According to a reputable leaker known as “ Bionic_Squash ” these IDs are linked with Intel Arc Embedded series. This series is tailored for industrial, business, and commercial applications, ranging from edge systems to powering large interactive screens. It’s clear that both Arc A770 and A580E are up to these tasks.

Unfortunately, the full specifications of these new IDs haven’t been confirmed yet. However, it’s a reasonable assumption to expect them to be similar to the mobile variants of A770M and A580M.
These patches constitute the sole updates for the graphics kernel driver at this time. Whether they will be integrated into the current (6.9) kernel or held off until the next release is still awaiting confirmation from Intel.
