Colorful preparing new GeForce RTX 4070 models

We might have hit a slower period of PC hardware launches, but Chinese companies are not slowing down.

Launching on April 2nd is a brand-new version of the Colorful iGame Vulcan series based on the anime series called “Fog Hill of Five Elements” (Original title: Wu Shan Wu Xing). This is yet another product based on the series and another product that was a result of a collaboration between Colorful and Samsara Animations.

The new series will be based on the iGame Vulcan RTX 4070 SUPER and RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, the latest offerings from NVIDIA and Colorful. As mentioned, this is not the first design inspired by the anime series, but it will be the first to sport a black and gold design.

Like previous iGame Vulcan models, the upcoming edition will feature a detachable screen, allowing users to position it vertically or horizontally. Reports suggest that this model will include a unique startup animation. However, users will have the option to either remove the screen entirely or manually customize the animation by converting GIFs to suit their preferences.

According to reports, the Colorful iGame Vulcan RTX 4070 (Ti) SUPER Fog Hill of Five Elements Edition is set to launch exclusively in China through the most popular retail platforms. As of now, there is no information available regarding pricing for this edition. Both models will go on preorder on April 2nd.
