Chinese board partners are adjusting prices for several RTX 30/40 models

NVIDIA RTX 30/40 see slight increase in prices in China

The RTX 4090D experiences the greatest increase.

NVIDIA has not announced any changes in pricing for its existing RTX 40 or RTX 30 models. Currently, most available SKUs are either at or slightly below the official MSRP. The availability of the RTX 4090 is gradually improving, with frequent drops of Founders Edition models through official NVIDIA stores and partners priced at $1599.

However, outside the US market, not all regions are experiencing the same trends. European gamers are frustrated by the lack of availability of the latest GPUs with similar price reductions, while Chinese gamers are still facing challenges in finding RTX 4090D models at competitive prices.

According to reports from BoardChannels, Chinese companies are planning to increase prices across various RTX 40, RTX 30, and even GTX 16 models, which are still being distributed despite no longer being produced. Furthermore, ASUS, Gigabyte, Colorful, and Zotac have once again raised prices on certain models of Nvidia graphics cards this month. ASUS and Gigabyte, for example, have increased prices across various series:

  • RTX 4090D series: all models have seen a price increase of 200-300 Yuan.
  • RTX 4070SUPER40704060TI 16G series: All models have been raised by 50-100 yuan.
  • Some models of the RTX 4060 series have seen price hikes of 10-50 y uan.
  • The overall price of the RTX 3050 series has increased by 50 yuan.
  • The overall price of the GTX 1650 series has risen by 10-30 yuan.

The most significant increase is observed in RTX 4090D due to its low supply, partly influenced by ongoing demand from companies using these cards for AI acceleration rather than gaming.

Additionally, the supply of GTX 1650 is nearly depleted, with only a few companies still holding stock. It is anticipated that by the end of April, the GTX 16 series will be completely sold out.
