Minisforum announced AtomMan X7 Ti Pre-sale starting from $669
A high-end Mini-PC with Intel’s latest hardware.
The AtomMan X7 Ti is Minisforum’s new Mini-PC series based on Intel Core Ultra processors. The X7 Ti is available in only one configuration, featuring the flagship Meteor Lake CPU called Core Ultra 9 185H, offering a total of 16 cores up to 5.1 GHz. Minisforum claims that they allow the CPU to use up to 65W of power (according to Intel, the default TDP is 45W).
The CPU is equipped with 8 Xe-Cores based on Alchemist (Xe-LPG) architecture. This is the same architecture found in the discrete Arc A-Series GPUs for laptops and desktops, but added to a Meteor Lake die as a chiplet. While it is not as powerful as a discrete GPU, it is a major improvement over the Xe-LP architecture found in Raptor Lake.
The X7 Ti is packed with features uncommon in a typical Mini-PC. First, it has a special stand that allows the PC to be positioned vertically. This is an important feature because the device has a 4-inch touch screen, which allows users not only to monitor the system specs but also to control the device modes. There is also a built-in camera for video conferencing and support for Windows Hello (face recognition).
The system is equipped with dual 5Gbit networking and supports WiFi 7. It supports PCIe Gen4x4 storage in 2280 form factor with up to 4TB of capacity. There is a built-in SD card reader, dual USB 3.2 Type-A ports, USB Type4 ports on the front and back, as well as USB 2.0, HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.0, and of course, the OCuLink connector. There is nothing to complain about in terms of connectivity.

Today, Minisforum is announcing that the X7 Ti will cost $669 for the barebone system, and the model with 32GB RAM and 1TB storage will retail at $849. Considering this is the flagship Intel mobile CPU, that’s a reasonable price. There’s also a bundle featuring the Minisforum DEG1 GPU dock. We are not familiar with this product, but it must have launched alongside this Mini-PC. If purchased together, it costs $719 and $899 respectively for the mentioned barebone and pre-configured system specs.
