Qualcomm Snapdragon X laptops are here
The company and its partners announce a plethora of new options, powered by ARM architecture and Windows on ARM.
Today, Qualcomm introduced Windows laptops powered by their CPUs, marking their entry as the third major CPU vendor in this competitive market. Unlike traditional offerings, Qualcomm’s approach features a different ARM architecture aimed at a specific segment of customers expecting good performance and battery life.
The new laptops were announced alongside Microsoft’s Copilot+PCs, which redefine AI-capable laptops. Qualcomm has secured 20 design wins, something quite imrpessive for a newcomer to the Windows laptop market. We have a short overview of what was announced today.
