Acemagic X1 dual-screen laptop teased
A company called Acemagic better known for its extravagant Mini-PCs and questionable software being installed on their systems is now making a new laptop that features an interesting design.

The company already sells some laptops, most of which are mid-range models featuring either the Intel budget N95 CPU or the AMD Ryzen 7 5700U. At least that’s what the current lineup includes. According to the announcement, Acemagic will launch its first dual-screen laptop, but unlike many existing designs, it will use a horizontally opening design.
From what we learned, the new laptop is called the X1 Dual-Screen Laptop a nd is advertised as the “World’s First Dual-Screen Horizontal Opening Laptop.” The press info we received didn’t have any details whatsoever, not even a picture, but as it turns out, a teaser shared the next day with the Computex innovation actually does have a picture:

The secondary screen is indeed attached to the side, and there is a opening clearly mechanism visible there. It seems that the second screen may fold to the back, so presumably, this would be an optional screen for users who need more working space. Both screens have a large bottom bezel.
Acemagic announced that the new laptop will be fully presented on June 4th during Computex. The company did not disclose the specs to us despite our best attempts, claiming that this information is still under embargo.
