MSI continues to innovate with the RTX 40 series, as showcased at this year’s Computex. One standout model is the just unveiled MSI RTX 4090 SUPRIM FUZION , a high-end graphics card featuring an integrated AIO cooling solution.
The SUPRIM FUZION retains a similar design to the triple-fan air-cooled SUPRIM model but reduces the fan count to two. The card’s thickness has increased significantly from 3.5 to 4.5 slots to accommodate the innovative all-in-one liquid cooling system. Unlike typical AIO GPUs, this card integrates the radiator within the graphics card itself, eliminating external tubes by concealing them inside the card body.
Beneath the cooler, there are copper heatsinks around the pump, likely for VRAM cooling. MSI claims this hybrid cooling solution offers a 15% performance increase compared to traditional air cooling.

“It features a custom PCB, hybrid liquid cooling system and air-cooled cover with fan that delivers a 15% performance increase compared to traditional air cooling technology. With 90% shorter tubes compared to traditional liquid cooling designs, it gains 10% in performance, while its all-in-one sealed chassis eliminates the need for refilling or changing coolant and ongoing maintenance.”
