RTX 4080 SUPER gets a price cut
Now at $969.

The RTX 4080 SUPER has been available for over five months, and unlike its non-SUPER version, it was rather quick to see price adjustments. While it’s still not exactly affordable, gamers are noticing progressively lower prices.
Newegg recently reduced the price for the RTX 4080 SUPER Verto, PNY’s “MSRP” model that debuted in January. Unlike the XLR8 series, this model lacks gaming-style RGB lighting, featuring only a lit-up PNY logo.

The card is now listed at $969.99, reflecting a $30 discount from the official MSRP. This price is even lower than what’s available at PNY’s official store. It’s worth pointing out that this is the first time a major retailer like Newegg has offered such a discount. Previously, similar deals were only seen on Dell’s website, which many gamers do not prefer.

The RTX 4080 SUPER features a full AD103 GPU with 10,240 CUDA cores. It comes with 16GB of GDDR6X memory and adheres to a standard TDP of 320W. Although this PNY VERTO model is the more affordable option from PNY, it still includes some factory overclocking, though it’s only a modest 2.9%.
