Palit unveils massive GeForce RTX 4090 GPU with 7-inch screen and modular Link+ AIO cooler

PALIT RTX 4090 Link+ with 360 mm AIO cooler

Der8auer is presenting Palit’s new concept graphics card featuring a massive cooler design and the world’s first 7 inch display on a GPU.

We have covered various graphics cards featuring displays, from smaller segment displays on the GTX 10 series to full-color OLED screens capable of showcasing animations. What we have not seen before is a 7-inch screen on a graphics card. That’s a massive screen typically found on tablets.

Der8auer was given access to a concept GPU with a modular AIO kit based on Link+ design. It is upgradable and should also fit on next-gen GPUs. The design is a result of a partnership with Link+ and Palit.

It is unclear if this product will ever be released. In fact, Palit has recently teased the GameRock liquid design , so there is hardly any reason to launch such an unconventional design in this generation. However, Computex reveals are all about the impossible and things that hardly make sense but, to be honest, look outstanding.

Der8auer found the modular liquid-cooler to operate fine, but the original GPU was not designed to work with a liquid cooler (the card is a concept). After increasing the fan speeds, he was able to run the card below 60 degrees Celsius under load.

The Palit RTX 4090 Link+ is a concept design and it will likely never reach the market. There are no final specs, release date, or price details available.
