Palit teases GeForce RTX 4090 GameRock White graphics card

Palit GameRock White teased

A brand-new design from Palit.

Computex would have been quite lackluster for GPU fans if not for Palit’s announcement of several RTX 40 models. In fact, there were hardly any announcements at this year’s expo, as companies are now focusing their efforts on the next-gen GPU series, scheduled to appear by the end of this year. Clearly, Palit has a different philosophy or simply too many designs and ideas to share.

Their latest social media post reveals a new card in a white and black color scheme. The front shroud appears to be purple/pink with LED stripes running the length of the design. It features a triple-fan cooler seemingly fitting into a 3 to 3.5-slot design.

Beneath the fans, there’s a large heatsink with at least six heat pipes and a vapor chamber covering the AD102 GPU. This indicates we are either looking at the RTX 4090 or the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER (which is now appearing with this GPU as well). The more likely scenario is the 4090, given that Palit presented as many as four 4090 models last month alone.

The card is powered by a single 16-pin power connector and uses a short reference-like PCB. This indicates it is not a high-end enthusiast-class overclocking model, but it is certainly something new.

Palit’s post on X suggests that this card will be unveiled in the second half of 2024, signaling that the countdown has already begun. Perhaps we will also see this cooler design used for the RTX 50 series in the future.
