The first known Ryzen AI PRO features an unusual configuration of 3 Zen5 and 5 Zen5c cores
The name is likely to change.

We’ve talked a bit about the Ryzen AI PRO series recently, thanks to some leaks and rumors suggesting that AMD will release its business-oriented series only after presenting the consumer models. The latest rumors suggest that the PRO variants will be released in October at the earliest, with at least two SKUs expected: the Ryzen AI 9 HX PRO 370 and the Ryzen AI 7 PRO 360.
Today, someone has started testing the latter, or so it seems. As we know, AMD made a last-minute change to its Strix Point series naming, which was originally called Ryzen AI 100. In fact, we saw plenty of evidence of that change at the Computex show floor, where many of the demo laptops were using the older names.

Hence, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that a Lenovo laptop recently discovered on the Geekbench website appears to use the older naming scheme. We are talking about the Ryzen AI 7 PRO 160 SKU , which, based on rumors, should be called the PRO 360 instead.
As we can see, the APU detected as Strix Point is said to feature 3 + 5 clusters of cores. This could mean 3 Zen5 and 5 Zen5c cores, an unusual configuration in the PC space. The APU allegedly boosts up to 4.25 GHz, but this clock speed should also account for the smaller cores, which are clocked lower.
The APU features Radeon 870M graphics , which means we have a third configuration in the RDNA3.5 iGPU series following 890M and 880M. The name suggests it has fewer GPU cores than 880M, which would be less than 12 CUs (8 or 10?).
By using a different core count and different graphics, the PRO 365 has relatively little to do with the Ryzen AI 9 360 version, so the Strix Point series is being segmented even further. However, this could mean that AMD might still launch a 10-core variant later for the PRO series and that an 8-core version might eventually come to the mainstream segment.
