ASUS is launching a third version of its RTX 4060 DUAL graphics card

Graphics card companies rarely do two revisions for one product; these are typically reserved for cards that require board changes or when the cooling is inadequate. So changes that are simply cosmetic, especially for one product series, are not very common. Thus, ASUS launching a third DUAL RTX 4060 graphics card is definitely a surprise.
Similarly to the V2, the V3 is kept in a dual-slot design. Only the first and original model that came out last year features a 2.5-slot thick design. As the name suggests, they all have dual fans. The V3 seems to focus on including smaller fans and a more stealthy design. The card drops white outlines and text on the shroud, keeping things as simple as possible.

The V3 has the same boost clock as the V2 and V1, which is 2535 MHz for the OC model and 2490 MHz for the non-OC variant. Both clocks are above NVIDIA reference specs, and both clocks are applied through GPU Tweak software. In other words, this is the highest official factory overclock according to ASUS.

It’s worth noting that this is not the “V3” from ASUS recently launched. The Radeon RX 6600 model has also been presented with a new design, but in this case, the V3 is actually similar to the RTX 40 V2.
