Intel preparing 18 Core Ultra 200 SKUs based on Arrow Lake-S, half of them with 4 Xe-Cores Arc graphics

Intel Core Ultra 200 series lineup exposed without SKU names

Intel is said to be preparing at least 18 SKUs within the Core Ultra 200 lineup. The company is working on two dies for its new series: B0, which will mostly power the high-end models, and C0, which will be used in the Core Ultra 5 series.

The company is supposedly planning three Core Ultra 9 models, and thus far we only know about two (285K and 275). One should expect these models to vary in terms of clock speeds and TDP settings; however, they should all have 24 cores (total) and the same graphics (4 Xe-Cores).

In the Core Ultra 7 lineup, there are two versions of the B0 silicon, either with or without graphics. The core count will be decreased from 16 to 12 E-Cores.

The Core Ultra 5 lineup is more complicated, but this was to be expected given that the series has historically always been the most popular choice among everyday users and system integrators. Interestingly, the core count will only have two options: either 14 cores or 10. However, graphics will vary depending on the die, with configurations of 4, 3, or 2 Xe-Cores.

We did our best to decode the data, but it undoubtedly has errors. There is simply no way to tell which die will go into a specific SKU, and even leakers like Jaykihn do not have this knowledge. However, it may serve as a general understanding and overview of the whole series, and we can already find some interesting differences compared to the predecessor.

For us, the most interesting change is in the graphics department. The Intel Core Ultra 200 series seems to have less segmentation in this area, with three possible configurations: 4 Xe, 3 Xe, or 2 Xe Cores. There are also several parts without integrated graphics enabled. One should note that not only Core Ultra 9 and 7 SKUs will have 4 Xe-Cores, but Core Ultra 5 as well.

This looks interesting for the time being, but Intel is also said to be working on Core 200 (non-Ultra) models which will fill the gaps with their current-gen Xe-LP architecture, making this chart much more complicated to decipher. Maybe Intel should stop at this lineup, it is already enough.
