Flagship Core Ultra 9 SKU with 5.7 GHz boost
A rumor shared by OneRaichu suggests clocks will be lower on next-gen desktop CPU series.

The Intel Core Ultra 9 285K is currently known as the fastest upcoming Arrow Lake-S processor. The series is said to make use of Lion Cove Performance Cores and Skymont Efficient cores, supported by Arc Xe-LPG graphics.
OneRaichu, considered one of the most reliable Intel leakers, has posted a cryptic message on Twitter/X. His posts seemingly suggest that the top SKU in the upcoming lineup would feature a clock boost up to 5.7 GHz. While it is not entirely clear what the 57/4 means, some believe that this value refers to the all-core boost of 5.4 GHz. Similarly, the 47/6 would indicate that the new part would feature a max boost of 4.7 GHz and an all-core speed of 4.6 GHz for Efficient cores.
With a P-Core max boost of 5.7 GHz and an E-Core max boost of 4.7 GHz, the Core Ultra 9 285K would respectively be 300 MHz slower (P-Core) and 300 MHz faster (E-Core) than its predecessor, the Core i9-14900K. One thing to note is that the 285K is currently the top SKU known, but there is a possibility that Intel may introduce a new KS variant with even higher clocks, but there are no indications of that yet, even in the rumor sphere.
The specifications of the entire Core Ultra 200 series have not been fully disclosed. Intel is expected to unveil the series in September at its Innovation event, with the CPUs hitting the shelves in October at the earliest. Currently, only six SKUs are known, but Intel is reportedly working on at least 18 configurations that have not been named yet.
