Intel Arrow Lake-S shows up in CPU-Z leak
It appears that engineering samples are available to leakers now.

It’s been a few weeks since CPU-Z announced support for the Intel Core Ultra 200K series, the upcoming Intel desktop platform set to launch later this year. While the official information on the new 200K SKUs is expected no sooner than September, during Intel Innovation, the names and partial specs of the most important SKUs have already been leaked.
The flagship SKU is said to feature 8 Lion Cove Performance Cores and 16 Skymont Efficient Cores. The new architecture will not support hyperthreading, meaning the 24-core CPU will have 24 threads. New screenshots seemingly confirm this fact.
The screenshot shows a Core Ultra xx5K SKU featuring 125W TDP . The sample is listed as an Engineering Sample (ES) and is detected as an Arrow Lake processor with LGA1851 socket support. The technology listed as 7nm is clearly a mistake, given that we are expecting the Arrow Lake compute die to use more advanced nodes.

The screenshot, which, as far as we can tell using our photoforensic tools, was not altered beyond the masked area, suggests the CPU has a higher boost than 5.0 GHz. However, this information was hidden. The 285K is said to boost up to 5.7 GHz, but this may not be true for an engineering sample. Also absent is support for AVX-512 instructions.
Cache sizes were provided by HXL, who also notes that the 285K should at this point be listed as a Qualification Sample (QS). However, we do not know how recent this sample is.
Intel Arrow Lake B0 Details:
- Cores : 24 (8P + 16E)
- Threads : 24
- Boost : 5.0 GHz +
- Package : LGA-1851
- TDP : 125W
- L1: 8x 48KB + 16x 32KB + 8x 64KB + 16x 64KB = 2.4 MB
- L2: 8x 3MB + 4x4MB = 40MB
- L3 : 36MB

Intel hasn’t confirmed the Core Ultra 200 series for desktops yet, which is surprising considering the strong presence of LGA-1851 motherboards at Computex. The company is clearly adjusting its strategy for September/October, which should also include the Z890 motherboard series, just as AMD is now scheduled to launch its X870 motherboards.
