NVIDIA is said to be working on a new TITAN
But will it ever be released?
A recent video from RedGamingTech suggests that there is a new TITAN graphics card from NVIDIA currently under active development. Although designs for TITAN models within the RTX 30 and 40 series were planned, these plans were ultimately scrapped, and no such cards were released.
Kopite7kimi, a reliable source for NVIDIA hardware leaks, has revealed that a new TITAN based on the Blackwell architecture is indeed in the works. This is not entirely unexpected, considering there were previous plans for a TITAN based on the Ada Lovelace architecture (pictured above). However, NVIDIA never launched that model, possibly due to a lack of competition or sky-high production costs.

The TITAN series initially targeted gamers but later promoted their value for content creation due to their performance and large memory size. This shift likely impacted the sales of NVIDIA’s RTX (Workstation) GPUs. And today, modern generative AI tools perform well on consumer hardware, so TITAN would be an even better choice for professionals.
To date, there have been nine TITAN models, or ten if the unreleased ADA model is included. NVIDIA appears to have lost interest in this series after the last official TITAN RTX with the Turing architecture. During that time, we experienced several GPU price hikes due to crypto and COVID, so it’s hard to imagine how much such a card would cost.
The rumored Blackwell model could remain unreleased or surface later as a prototype, similar to Ada SKU.
