Bald Eagle Point with Zen5(c) and RDNA3.5
AMD has an alternative in case the main roadmap meets obstacles.

AMD is reportedly working on a new product series called Bald Eagle Point, a minor refresh of the upcoming Phoenix chips. However, this new series might never be released as it depends heavily on the success of AMD’s Zen6 plans.
AMD is also developing Medusa, a client version of the Zen6-based Ryzen chip. Medusa is also expected to be the first product featuring the RDNA5 architecture, but its release timeline is uncertain. If the development of Medusa is delayed, AMD could use Bald Eagle Point as an alternative.
Similar to Hawk Point, Bald Eagle Point is expected to refresh the existing architecture. Instead of focusing on NPU (XDNA) updates, this product will emphasize cache improvements. The APU will feature SLC (System Level Cache), also known L4 or Infinity Cache, which the upcoming Phoenix APUs lack.

Lack of Infinity Cache is not a common problem among all Strix APUs, though, as AMD Strix Halo is said to feature 32MB of MALL (Memory Access at Last Level), suggesting that Bald Eagle Point would be something in between, featuring half of that cache.
Unfortunately, Bald Eagle Point may never be released if AMD succeeds with their Medusa roadmap, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. At least we know that not all updates have to focus on AI accelerations.
