There is RTX 30 card with ADA GPU
NVIDIA drivers hide a secret plan for a new mobile SKU.

NVIDIA is said to be working on a new mobile graphics card called the GeForce RTX 3050 A Laptop GPU . This new SKU is part of the existing GeForce mobile series; however, according to a PCI-ID database update, this graphics card will feature a different architecture. Instead of the Ampere-based GPU (GA107), the new card will use the AD106 GPU, which is based on Ada Lovelace architecture.
One should get used to mixed SKUs in GeForce lineups, as the company often shifts and adapts their cards either to provide more choices to its partners or to offload partially broken SKUs. The AD106 GPU wouldn’t be our first choice for such a new model, though.
While the AD107 has 3,072 cores and a 128-bit bus, just enough to meet the specs of its predecessor, the problem is that the lowest AD106 specs currently used by any GeForce GPU is the RTX 4060 Ti with 4,352 cores. Perhaps our choice would be to use the AD106 for the RTX 4060 (desktop) rather than some older-generation mobile part.

The alleged RTX 3050 SKU doesn’t have a release date yet. In fact, this is the first time we are hearing about this new model. NVIDIA usually doesn’t focus a lot of effort on mobile parts later on. Instead, most efforts come from Chinese companies creating Frankensteined models using mobile chips for desktop use.
The most interesting information, however, is that this rumor has its proof. We found this SKU in NVIDIA’s latest drivers :

NVIDIA hasn’t commented on the new part yet, in fact, we have no way of knowing if it’s ever used by any product.
