AMD Ryzen 5000XT Series delayed as well?
The Ryzen 9 5900XT and Ryzen 7 5800XT are now scheduled to appear later, according to one retailer.

At Computex, AMD announced four Ryzen 9000 SKUs and two Ryzen 5000XT models for the last-gen socket. Originally, both series were meant to launch on July 31st, but the Zen5-based SKUs were pushed back by one or two weeks, depending on the model.
AMD has never confirmed pricing for either Ryzen 9000 or Ryzen 5000XT models, which were scheduled to launch this month. Only a handful of retailers have listed the latter, and among them, there seems to be contradictory information about the launch date. As it stands now, the Ryzen 9 5900XT and Ryzen 7 5800XT listed by B&H Photo Video may appear later than expected.
The Ryzen 7 5800XT is now listed with preorders starting on August 8th, while the 5900XT is set to launch on August 15th. This means that our Zen schedule needs to be updated as follows:

As mentioned before, AMD still needs to update everyone on pricing. Neither the Zen4 nor Zen5 parts have received official MSRP before launch, which is uncommon for AMD despite four embargoes already lifted already.
As a reminder, the AMD Ryzen 9 5900XT is said to feature 16 cores and up to 3.3/4.8 GHz CPU base and boost clocks. In other words, it would have four more cores than the 5900X, but the base clock would be 400 MHz slower. The 5800XT is said to feature 8 cores and clocks of 3.8/4.8 GHz, which would be 100 MHz higher than the 5800X.
