Core Ultra 200K arrives October 10, SKU lists leaks out

Benchlife and Jaykihn have shared a list of upcoming Intel Core Ultra SKUs.

Intel’s next-gen Core Ultra series codenamed “Arrow Lake-S” will be the desktop lineup featuring the new naming scheme. The 200-series will include 14 SKUs, but it is worth noting that there are no Core Ultra 3 models listed yet. Presumably, those will be released later.

The flagship SKU, Core Ultra 9 285K , is reported to feature 8 Lion Cove (Performance) cores and 16 Skymont (Efficient) cores. This is the highest configuration in the lineup, which is also said to boost up to 5.7 GHz with Thermal Velocity Boost technology, as previously disclosed. These specs refer to the 125W TDP variant, but the SKU will also be available with 65W (285 non-K) and even 35W TDP (285T) configurations. For these SKUs, the base clock will be much lower: 2.5 GHz and 1.4 GHz, respectively, compared to the 3.7 GHz P-Core based on the 285K.

The Core Ultra 7 tier is said to feature five models, including F and KF variants, which are iGPU-less models that won’t have integrated Arc Graphics. According to Benchlife, this lineup will feature 8 P-Cores and 12 E-Cores, totaling 20 cores. The boost clock will range from 5.3 GHz (265T) to 5.5 GHz (265K).

Perhaps the most interesting update is the inclusion of new Core Ultra 5 models, such as 245 (already known), 235, and 225. These are said to have 14 cores, 14 cores, and 10 cores, respectively.

It is revealed that Intel’s plan for the Core Ultra 200 series is to launch the first models on October 10th . As usual, this will likely only include K and KF variants, with non-K and T-Series models expected to launch later.
