AMD Ryzen 5 7600X3D has a rumored release date
AMD’s first budget X3D part for AM5 socket expected in early September.

According to Hoang Anh Phu, a reliable AMD leaker, the company is set to launch a new Ryzen 7000 processor. This SKU will be part of the X3D lineup, which means it will have integrated 3D V-Cache.
So far, AMD has not released any 6-core versions of its X3D processors for the AM5 socket, which means the rumored 7600X3D would be the first SKU of this type following the exclusive release of the Ryzen 5 5600X3D in the USA.

Hoang is not providing any specs, such as clock speeds, TDP, or L3 cache size. Based on what we know about Zen4 processors, the L3 cache should be 32MB, plus an additional 64MB from the 3D V-Cache, totaling 102MB when combined with the L2 cache.
The new SKU is almost certainly going to target a sub-$300 price point, given that the 7800X3D has already been seen at $330. The launch of this SKU also aligns with AMD’s rumored plans to release the 9000X3D series in September, although AMD has not yet confirmed these plans.
Recently, there was a rumor that AMD could launch a 6-core Ryzen 5 5500X3D , however that rumors did not materialize in any leak yet as well. In any case, it would appear that AMD is working on as many as 3 generations of X3D series at the same time.
