Branch Prediction Optimizations were backported to Windows 11 23H2, 24H2 update not necessary AMD confirms that the optimizations are also available for older version of the operating system.  As reviews have shown, the upcoming Windows 11 24H2 update, which features Branch Prediction Optimizations for Zen CPUs, can boost gaming performance by 10%. This update is now available for Windows Preview Insiders as an optional download, as the 24H2 is not yet a stable release.  AMD has now confirmed that gamers will not have to wait for this update to become part of the official and stable release of Windows 11....
