Intel Upstreams Firmware For Newer WiFi Chipsets On Linux

Intel has upstreamed the firmware for their "BlazarU" core to linux-firmware.git for improving the out-of-the-box wireless experience with newer Intel WiFi adapters.

The Intel firmware binaries are now upstream for the BlazarU core has found within the Intel BE200 "Gale Peak2" WiFI 7, Intel AX211 "Garfield Peak2" WiFI 6E adapter, and Intel BE201 "Filmore Peak2" WiFi 7 adapter.

The latest Intel upstream WiFi driver code supports these newer WiFI 6E/7 chipsets while now the firmware is in the linux-firmware.git repository in making it easier for Linux distribution vendors to pick up these firmware blobs so that they can be easily shipped out-of-the-box by distributions.

This commit is the one adding the firmware binaries for the Intel BE200 / BE201 / AX211 wireless adapters.
