Intel Tiger Lake-H Specifications
11th Gen Core TGL-H gets full specs listed ahead of launch.

A datasheet of an unknown device featuring the upcoming Tiger Lake-H series has been spotted by @momomo_us . It does not appear to be a gaming machine because the operating system is clearly meant for business (Windows 10 IoT Enterprise). This device appears to offer either full HD or 4K display options in a size of 17-inch. It might actually be a portable All-In-One device.
The new base frequencies that have leaked are a lot lower than previously rumored. The Core i9-11900H would get a 2.1 GHz base clock instead of 2.5 GHz, i7-11800H would allegedly boost to 1.9 GHz instead of 2.4 GHz and finally, Core i5-10400H would be clocked at 2.2 GHz instead of the previously reported 2.7 GHz. The boost clocks, on the other hand, appear to be identical.
It is possible that the listed specs are preliminary and they will change as we approach the launch, but so far we have not heard anything official about the launch date.

Intel did however confirm that the series will be coming soon with up to 8-cores and 16-threads. The new series will feature a new 10nm Willow Cove core architecture expected to provide a significant upgrade over the 14nm Comet Lake-H (aka Skylake) series. So far Intel had only released 4-core variants for ultra-low power devices (Tiger Lake-U) and for a new portable gaming machine class of notebooks (Tiger Lake-H35).
Intel Tiger Lake-H in late Q2
What do we know about the launch date of Tiger Lake-H? Well, not much. Laptop makers such as Schenker confirmed earlier that they expect gaming laptops with high-end Tiger Lake to debut in late Q2. At CES 2021, Intel had only mentioned that Tiger Lake-H is coming soon. It is quite likely that we will be seeing new laptops at Computex though or at least around that time if something happens to the expo.
PCI Gen 4.0
The company also confirmed that their latest CPU mobile series will offer up to 8 cores and 16-threads with full PCI Gen4.0 support across 20 lanes. This will allow a high-speed and simultaneous PCIe connection to both the GPU and storage. This is a clear advantage over AMD Zen3 (Ryzen 5000H) series which are limited to PCI Gen3.
