Introduction

When you think of Corsair keyboards it’s fair to say that for most of us that means their high end models, and this in turn leads to the mental image of an aircraft carrier sized keyboard with all the bells and whistles.

If you are somewhat limited on desk space then instead of a K100 you might go for their standard sized model, the K70. It’s a keyboard that sells in its thousands. For those of you with even less real estate upon which to place your new purchase, there are TKL modes. Tenkeyless. Ones without number pads. But what if even the chassis of those is causing you grief? What if you’ve looked at the zero frame Mac keyboards with envious eyes?

Should you find yourself in that situation then the new K65 RGB Mini might be the very keyboard for you. It’s as little keyboard as you can get away with whilst still having the glorious typing experience and NKEY rollover provided by Cherry MX Switches. Let’s take a look.

A lot of video reviews are painting this as too little too late and overpriced for what it is, Shame really.

Also 8000Hz polling makes no sense on standard mech switches, Optical switches yes but this implementation is a useless marketing gimmick. Quote
