At the Xbox Developer Direct 2025, id Software and Bethesda Softworks announced the release date of DOOM: The Dark Ages. The third installment (although technically a prequel) in the rebooted franchise will be launched on May 15 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X.
