Wayland Protocols 1.42 updates the cursor shape protocol with new cursor shapes. There are new cursor-shape additions for "ask" and "all-resize" cursors. These missing shapes were from this 11 month old merge request to address some missing aspects and drag-and-drop support.
Wayland Protocols 1.42 also adds support for relative dials to the tablet protocol. There is also a new bustype event to the initial burst of tablet events.
On the Wayland Protocols governance side, Google's Chromium open-source web browser project is now added as a member project.
